Since your package is not even running on your packaging machine you have a general issue with your package. In worst case ThinApp cannot virtualize the application. Is it a 32-bit or 64-bit app? Today only 32-bit applications are supported.
Until you've managed to get your package running on your packaging machine there is no reason to try it on your servers. There is no chance it will run there but not on your capture machines..
