The virtual hard disk I've provided you is already partitioned, formatted NTFS and set as bootable, so why in the world are you trying to partition/format it again!? BTW If you're using Easy Install, DON'T! Image may be NSFW.

Replace the disk again with what I've previously attached and do a custom install and do not try partitioning and formatting the virtual hard disk as I've already done that and was the whole point of providing you a pre-partitioned/pre-formatted virtual hard disk to begin with so as to workaround the issue!
